Minimum Requirements for a Project Charter
Supports participants in creating an EOSC Federation Project Charter required for joining the Federation. The course explains the structure, requirements, and evaluation criteria of the Charter, and provides practical tools, templates, and real-world examples from first-wave EOSC Nodes. It prepares learners to develop a compliant Charter as the operational foundation for their Node during the build-up phase.
